FCSO Objectives
- To collaborate with government efforts and principles of fighting illiteracy along UPE and USE programs
- To believe in the founder mental rights of a child as defined in the United Nations Convention on the rights of a child should be considered paramount in all areas of contemporary society to ensure children's welfare and their ability to grow into adults who will be fully responsible to their community.
- To raise public awareness of many difficulties encountered by millions of children in Uganda and many countries of the world.
- To improve the standards of living of a child and their families by providing them with basics and empowering them with the capacity for self-sustainability
- To print and publish any pamphlets, articles, newsletters periodicals, or books that the organization may find desirable for the promotion of its objectives.
- FCSO aims to provide free education to Orphans and Vulnerable/needy children who have lost hope because of a lack of financial backup and low income in their families

- To adopt such means of making - known the activities and services of the association as may seem necessary by advertising in press, radio or television, cinema by purchase and exhibition of works of arts or interest, by publication or brochures, books, and periodicals and granting prizes, rewards, scholarships, exhibitions, and donations.
- To take such steps by personal or written appeal, public meeting, or otherwise as may from time to time be deemed necessary for procuring contributions to the funds of the association in the form of endowments, donations, annual subscriptions, or as means of raising funds to accomplish the objectives of the association.

Constitution of Fountain Child Support (FCSO)
After realizing the high level of illiteracy, poverty, HIV spread, Natural disasters early motherhood, and immorality in Uganda that left many of the communities in situations of extreme deprivation and vulnerability leaving the community destitute and handicapped facing a rising rate of illiteracy, unemployment, and immoral practices which is well and fully known among us members here present.
Realizing that traditional support systems are overwhelmed and may not be able to cope with an increasing number of needy communities, we the members of Fountain Child Support have come together to try to assist the children, youth, widows, HIV/ Victims, and community to care to educate, employ and protect their interests
Convinced that we could address the plight of illiteracy, unemployment, HIV spread, and immorality through adequate financial support and joint effects as an organized group organization, we the persons whose names are subscribed here under, constitute ourselves into Fountain Child Support Organization here assembled on this 30th day of December in the year of 2012, do hereby set ourselves the objects detailed in this supreme constitution as our supreme law in carrying out activities as founder members of Fountain Child Support Organization.
